Smoothing
Solar and wind energy are difficult to predict power generation due to climate or seasonal environmental changes, and power quality in the power grid connection system is deteriorated due to unstable output. By connecting the system with our ESS, we improve power quality and operate stable power supply
Frequency, regulation
By adjusting the frequency fluctuations that occur due to the rapid fluctuations and differences between power supply and power demand to charge and discharge of the ESS, it improves the power quality of the grid system and provides stable power
Reactive power control for distribution
When the capacity of the distribution line is overloaded due to the expansion of renewable energy such as solar and wind power, controlling the reactive power with the ESS bring the effect of the extension capacity of the distribution line
Load Balancing
By charging the ESS in the light load time and discharging in the maximum load time, it is possible to reduce the electricity charges in the load time, and it can also play the role of an emergency power supply by supplying the electric power of the main load by the ESS in the event of a power failure
Peak Shaving
In case of using more than the contract power, the electricity charges would rise significantly, which can cause a great financial burden. By applying ESS, it is possible to reduce electricity rates by suppressing the increase in unit price of basic rates.
